Survey and report on the condition of the building fabric, prioritised specification for repairs and preparation of feasibility study to provide community and tourist facilities to generate income to assist in the sustainable reuse of the site and 19th century buildings into the future.

The report was commissioned by Association for Development of Pettigo & Tullyhommon (ADOPT Ltd) with assistance from the DoEH&LG Conservation Grant Scheme administered by Donegal County Council and The Heritage Council.
